Hi. I’m Nayo.
I am an Advanced Thought Field Therapy practitioner, trained at the voice‑technology level, and for years now people have come to me when nothing else has worked.
I have worked with adults who could not leave the house,
kids gripped by relentless nightmares,
and entrepreneurs who shut down every time they tried to be seen.
Across countries and cultures, the pattern is the same:
once the nervous system feels safe again,
their life starts to come back.
I’m French, and I have lived across continents.
In Senegal they call me “le marabout toubab,” the white healer, because I help clear the things you cannot always see, but you absolutely feel.
I am not someone who loves talking about myself.
I would much rather talk about your life getting lighter.
But you deserve to know who is sitting with you
when you let someone into the most tender parts of your story.
What you may not know is that I did not set out to “be a healer.” I built this work because I needed it first.
